Mr. Mischa Perez

Mr. Mischa Perez and Richard L Myles, founded the company. Mischa was born in El Paso, Texas, and then raised in San Jose, California. As a young business owner he worked with his father Mr. Manual Perez in a successful family operated floor cleaning business. In 1989, Mr. Perez moved to Hawaii, and subsequently settled in Durham, North Carolina in 2002. Mr. Perez has a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur in various capacities. While residing in Hawaii, Mr. Perez executed his photography skills in the world renowned travel and tourism industry. With this in mind, he became proficient with the mechanics of cinematography and lighting. In essence, Mr. Perez's photography has developed into a unique and captivating work of art, and as a result, it often becomes a conversational piece.

Mr. Perez was formallyemployed by the Department of Homeland Security as a Federal Security Officer from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Perez. enjoyed working with the transit public. In Mischa's spare time he likes to capture the essence of nature in his photography as well as animals, people, and other special moments. Mr. Perez spends time in cinematography by editing, directing, and producing quality entertainment. As part of the Viper Productions team he has recently Directed his first feature film Mental Scars. Mental Scars was shot on 35mm, 5.1 surround sound, and HD. He also served as the Executive Producer on Mental Scars. Mr. Perez has also conceived, developed, and executed the up-coming interactive Horror Magazine “DEADZONE MAGAZINE” for the Apple iphone. This exclusive magazine is the first “horror interactive magazine” to ever grace the iphone platform
